“So,” you say, “What’s up?”

“What’s up with this?” you ask.

I’ve had 2 1/2 weeks of semi-silence on here but , I’ve been quite busy behind the scenes.  While at my parent’s house I realized that this blog and my work couldn’t go on like this for much longer.  No, it shouldn’t go on like this.  It’s of poor quality, half-assed effort and little importance.   It’s not something I’d 100% want to put my name behind.  Oh, and I saw my sis’ page she just built, which is beautiful.  It made me realize that for as much as I talk about what I’d like this to be, it’s not anywhere close.

It’s time for a better plan.

So, I’ve been working on an original site to contain the blog etc.  I have the layout completely done and I’m working on putting in the automation and slowly learning code.

Here’s a preview:

it’s been difficult to get things to line up correctly so I still have some tweaking to do.  and the content… anyway, I’m working on it.

What does all of this mean?  It means that some big changes are on the way.  It means that you all may have to wait a little longer for Detroit posts.  It means there is a future for Meandering Life (and ML Squared, for those that know that name).

It means that the future is here and it’s time to be our best… I don’t know, it means a lot of things….
